As the Head of blu SME Marketing, you will be responsible for building a dedicated marketing team. You will lead and motivate our SME marketing team to achieve growth through client-centric strategy and build brand loyalty. You will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that drive brand awareness, acquisition, retention, sustainable growth and market share to position blu SME brand positively in the market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the B2B and SME market, digital marketing expertise, leadership and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client-Centric Strategy: Define and communicate a strategy that aligns with our vision, focusing on sustainable income growth, retention and digital innovation
- Market Analysis: Evaluate market research, competitor information, and client surveys to develop action plans for client success
- KPI Development: Create and monitor KPIs to ensure ROI on all marketing campaigns is on track
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Assist in building and maintaining strong acquisition and through effective marketing channels (e.g., digital, content, events and webinars) and cross-team referrals
- Analytical Mindset: Evaluate and analyze data to identify pain points and adapt strategies for improved campaign performance. Conceptualize and experiment with new campaigns for enhanced revenue
- Reporting - Prepare and provide regular business reviews (including but not limited to CRM) to the leadership team regarding strategic initiatives, performance against targets, etc. highlighting successes, challenges, roadblocks and actions
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual plans and quarterly budgets
- Brand Positioning: Ensure our brand is well-positioned in the market and share client success stories internally and externally
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, motivate, and develop the blu SME Marketing team to foster a high-performing, client-centric culture
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of proven experience in leading a collaborative team across Marketing, Business Development, Client Intelligence, and Digital
- Strong track record of developing and implementing successful B2B strategies
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
- Passion for digital technologies and innovative thinking
- Extensive experience in a B2B related industry, with a track record of developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work with diverse personalities and cultural backgrounds
