As the Program Management Director, you will lead the execution of SnappFood’s most strategic and complex initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, scalability, and efficient delivery. This role operates within the Strategy Department and requires a blend of strategic vision, operational execution, and deep stakeholder engagement. Acting as a key partner to various departments, you will bring clarity to ambiguous situations and establish processes that drive successful program outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Leadership: Drive the execution of high-impact initiatives that align with SnappFood’s strategic goals, managing ambiguity and balancing competing priorities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to align objectives, address dependencies, and ensure seamless execution.
- Process Design and Optimization: Develop and refine scalable processes for program execution, focusing on agility, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact to coordinate across teams, resolve roadblocks, and maintain momentum on key initiatives.
- Program Metrics and Reporting: Define success metrics for programs and initiatives, continuously monitor progress, and provide transparent, actionable reports to leadership.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze program data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring decisions are aligned with business priorities.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of iteration and learning by applying best practices, incorporating feedback, and driving innovation in program management processes.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a bridge between senior leadership, operational teams, and technical stakeholders, facilitating alignment and decision-making at all levels.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Business Administration, Project Management, Technology, or a related field. PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
- 8+ years of program management experience in large-scale, cross-functional environments, ideally in fast-growing or tech-driven organizations.
- Proven expertise in leading and delivering large, complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong ability to work in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity to initiatives.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience facilitating alignment between diverse teams and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Analytical mindset with a track record of leveraging data to drive program success and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft detailed documentation and present to leadership effectively.
