MFS Product Administrator (Vendor)

Mission:

To collaborate with third parties to gather the documents and following with them to enhance the MFS product development process.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
To follow tasks with ITS, Technical vendors and etc, to support team activities.
To prepare User and Solution Requirement Specifications with Respect to Business Needs and Product Roadmap.
To work and coordinate collaboratively with digital service partners to provide best-known customer experience services in the digital area.
To provide different routine and ad-hoc reports on digital business and team activities.
To Implement Scrum Principles and Work Based on Agile Product Development Methodology.
To understand the offer and recommend the architecture that executes the roadmap which is established by program manager.
To have a grasp of the fintech and digital wallet services to document information received from different parties.
To participate in negotiation and clarification sessions with vendors, business partners, and other required departments to finalize the required solution.
To gather and record technical requirements from Technology, Business, brand, and Leadership teams.
 

Educaiton:
B.Sc. in project Management, technical, Marketing or Entrepreneurship
MBA is an advantage
 

Experience:
At least 1 Year of Experience in a relevant field
To Be intermediate in English
To have intermediate Knowledge of MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-Motivated and Able to Channel implementation
Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, and Presentation Skills
