Business Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of key business drivers, profitability trends, and financial performance.
• Analyze key financial ratios and metrics to assess financial health and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's strategic business plan.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business planning decisions.
• Prepare financial projections and feasibility studies for new business initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress toward business plan objectives.
• Gather and analyze financial data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems,..).
• Develop and maintain financial models and spreadsheets to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted results, identifying and investigating significant deviations.
• Deep dive into the company's Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, analyzing revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and other key drivers of profitability.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions like pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools).
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong time-management skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
