Position Overview:
The Business Planning Senior Specialist is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of business strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Target Breakdown and Revision: Analyze sales data to establish targets, monitor performance against these targets, and revise strategies as necessary to ensure alignment with business goals.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape, providing insights that inform strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, marketing, operations, and platform teams to develop integrated business plans that support e-commerce initiatives.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales and operational efficiency, generating reports that guide decision-making.
Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and promotional strategies based on historical data and market analysis.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the e-commerce framework to improve effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business planning or analysis within the e-commerce industry.
