Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team at Adorateb. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, organizing sales promotion programs, coordinating sales and marketing efforts with suppliers and affiliated centers, monitoring sales performance, and analyzing competitors’ activities to support strategic decision-making.

Key Account Manager

  • Supervise Adorateb pharmacy locations to monitor drug inventory levels.
  • Maintain effective, continuous communication and hold meetings with the scientific team.
  • Foster direct, ongoing communication and hold meetings with the Adorateb sales team.
  • Provide coaching and training to supervised staff, offering effective solutions.
  • Conduct double visits with the Key Account Specialist.
  • Oversee the development and presentation of Action Plans for key customers.
  • Manage stock levels for key pharmacies.
  • Oversee the creation and presentation of monthly sales plans for Adorateb.
  • Monitor the preparation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for key clients.
  • Collect and analyze competitor information, including market share and sales performance.
  • Ensure continuous follow-up on pharmaceutical sales, maintaining contact with pharmacy managers to increase sales.
  • Actively participate in relevant seminars and conferences within the Cobel Darou group and
  • other relevant external events.
  • Lead and manage teams with a focus on motivation, individual development, and productivity enhancement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with strong collaboration and coordination skills.
  • Develop and maintain effective and constructive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to achieve organizational goals.


Required Knowledge:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical market
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in pharmaceutical trade and commerce
