Job Description and Responsibilities:
Process Analysis and Improvement:
Analyze business processes to identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement process improvement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop and document process workflows and guidelines.
Quality Management Systems:
Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (ISO) ensuring compliance with standards.
Conduct internal audits and collaborate with external auditors to improve quality levels.
Analyze quality data and provide relevant reports to management.
Project Management:
Manage process improvement projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with various teams to execute projects and achieve set goals.
Prepare project schedules and resource plans, and oversee their execution.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze data related to the performance of systems and methods.
Prepare periodic reports and provide improvement suggestions based on data analysis.
Identify and document best practices and successful experiences.
Training and Empowerment:
Train staff on new systems and methods and conduct workshops.
Empower employees to implement process improvements and use related tools.
Provide consultation to managers and teams on process and system optimization.
Process Management:
Familiarize with process management systems and implement them within the organization.
Continuously develop and improve processes using process management methodologies.
Monitor process performance and provide necessary feedback for efficiency improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in process analysis and improvement, quality management systems, and project management.
Familiarity with ISO standards and the ability to implement and maintain them.
Knowledge of process management systems and their implementation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide comprehensive and accurate reports.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
Required Software Proficiency:
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint): Advanced proficiency
Microsoft Project: Proficient
Visio or other process modeling software: Advanced proficiency
Project management software such as Asana or Trello: Intermediate proficiency
Data analysis software such as Tableau or Power BI: Basic proficiency
