Roles & Responsibilities
· To conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential growth opportunities for Shaya to equip the manager with data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and tailor marketing efforts to address specific market segments.
· To actively participate in implementing Shaya marketing campaigns with the guidance of the manager.
· To develop and coordinate various marketing initiatives, such as digital campaigns, content creation, and promotional events, to effectively showcase the value proposition of Shaya products and services.
· To support or initiate targeted marketing activities with the guidance of the manager to engage potential Shaya clients in collaboration with Shaya sales specialist.
· To create marketing collateral, presentations, and materials that effectively communicate the benefits and unique features of Shaya products and services to influence potential Shaya clients' perception of the services offered.
· To plan and coordinate events, such as webinars, seminars, and industry conferences, to showcase the expertise of the contact center services team and engage with potential Shaya clients directly, if required.
· To study, research, and analyze competitors’ solutions, market trends, and customer preferences and requirements to assist line manager in refining the market strategy and staying ahead of industry changes.
· To evaluate the effectiveness of Shaya marketing campaigns, collate data on campaign performance, and other key metrics to provide insight for managers' decision makings.
