We are in search of a highly proficient and seasoned HRBP Associate to join our HR Business Partner (HRBP) Team. The ideal candidate will assume a pivotal role in meeting the human resources requirements of the Branch department. He will be responsible for implementing HR policies, processes, and practices to cultivate a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level support across various Human Resources functions, including recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee/labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects.
- Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
- Develop job descriptions and interview questions reflecting each position's requirements, plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner on strategic HR initiatives such as Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Learning and Development, Diversity, Compliance, Recruitment, and Compensation-related actions.
- Oversee/assist in the day-to-day delivery of Human Resources projects, programs, and strategies, including communication, onboarding, assimilation, and talent management.
- Assist in the organization's performance management process by coaching, educating, and providing feedback to managers/supervisors.
- Conduct employee relations investigations, analyze organizational health issues, and collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and execute plans to address problem areas.
- Develop proactive communications, employee relations/recognition, and appreciation programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, MBA, or a related field (a combination of relevant work experience and education will be considered).
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Possess high levels of interpersonal skills and professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential situations with detailed documentation.

- Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
