Job Description

We are the leading beauty and cosmetics e-commerce platform, revolutionizing the industry with innovation and customer-centric solutions. As we expand from online to offline, we are seeking a visionary Franchise Business Line Manager to spearhead our retail journey.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Development:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for launching and scaling franchise stores across 
multiple cities.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential locations and evaluate franchise opportunities.
2. Operational Execution:
• Build and manage all aspects of the franchise business, including budgeting, resource allocation, and 
operational processes.
• Oversee the design, setup, and launch of new stores, ensuring brand consistency and customer 
experience excellence.
3. P&L Management:
• Take full ownership of the franchise business line’s profit and loss, optimizing financial performance 
while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Develop KPIs and financial models to monitor and drive business performance.
4. Leadership and Collaboration:
• Build and lead a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and development of store-level 
and operational staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, and product teams) to ensure seamless 
integration with the e-commerce platform.
5. Adaptability and Problem-Solving:
• Navigate and thrive in a highly ambiguous and evolving environment, crafting solutions to unexpected 
challenges.
• Foster an agile mindset to adjust strategies based on market trends and business needs.


Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, retail management, or franchise operations, preferably within the 
beauty or cosmetics industry or FMCG.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&L and scaling businesses.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage uncertainty with confidence.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of team building and cross-functional 
collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses from the ground up.
