Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration between the Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Tax Departments. This position is responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including:
- Procurement and Payments
- Budget Coordination
- Records Management
- Report Preparation
Responsibilities:
- Managing all relations with Finance, Legal and Tax Departments
- following up all payments processes with different teams and suppliers
- Coordinate the budget tracker file and ensure all alignments is in place within the team and finance
- Records management of the department, in terms of organizing all the files and documents as per instruction
- Acting as the assistant of the MarCom Director, for tracking the team’s delivery schedule and time management
- Supporting the MarCom (Marketing & Communication) Director in preparing reports
Requirements:
- Familiar with financial process
- Have some preliminary analytical skills
- Expert & knowledgeable in MS Excel and Power Point
- Great communication skills
- The candidate needs to be passionate about learning and contributing to the team performance
