Job Description:
We are seeking a Software deployment expert  for collaborative to the of our team. In this role, you will be with the organization to closely interact with the stakeholders to receive and document the problems and needs of employees related to the organization's software.
What you'll be doing:

• Close interaction with stakeholders to receive and document problems and needs.
• Identification and analysis of requests; Solving solvable problems through training and transfer of training to stakeholders.
• Escalate requests or complex issues to the product team after initial analysis.
• Provide regular reports on request status and performance to the product team.
• Develop and update training documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing their feedback to the product team.

you should have:

• Ability to deeply understand the product and customer needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with different people.
• Familiarity with documentation, request management and support processes.
• Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
• Familiarity with project management tools and support software.

experience needed:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least two years of professional experience in Software deployment expert.
