About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and analytical SEO Manager to lead and execute our search engine optimization strategies. This role is pivotal in increasing our organic traffic, improving search rankings, and driving conversions across our platforms. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SEO and a deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- SEO Strategy Development:
- Create, implement, and monitor comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the company’s goals.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify growth opportunities in SERPs.
2. On-Page and Technical SEO:
- Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and HTML for better crawlability and indexability.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues affecting SEO performance.
- Collaborate with developers to implement best practices in website architecture, schema markup, and site speed optimization.
3. Off-Page SEO:
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.
- Collaborate with content teams to earn high-quality backlinks and build brand visibility.
4. Content Optimization:
- Partner with content creators to produce keyword-optimized, engaging, and high-ranking content.
- Perform regular keyword research and update the content strategy based on search trends.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools.
- Provide detailed, actionable insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to align SEO strategies with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure adaptability and compliance.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in organic growth.
- Experience in travel, or competitive industries is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Understanding of technical SEO, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic knowledge).
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
