- Ability to identify the real pain points and problems by interviewing the customers for external offerings and the employees for internal products.
- Ability to define the product vision and strategy and make sure all the endeavors are aligned with the vision and business OKRs.
- Ability to conduct product discovery activities along with product designers to define the right product.
- Familiar with agile methodologies and tools including Scrum, Kanban and etc
- Ability to prioritize the features, and manage backlogs and roadmaps to make sure the highest-value features get delivered first.
- Ability to assess candidate solutions in terms of customer value, usability, feasibility, and business viability.
- Actively participating in discussions and brainstorming sessions to nurture new ideas and have a critical thinking approach.
- Familiar with UI/UX design and defining the customer journey throughout the service and in conjunction with other related products and services.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in working with stakeholders, management, and team members.
- Having proper knowledge about fintech and the financial industry and their related products and services.
- Having a background in programming and computer science is a big plus.
- Being self-driven with a positive attitude throughout the work to make sure that a fit product will be delivered to the business.
- Ability to present a business case or a solution to stakeholders and management in order to get approval for initiating a new project.
- Willing to share her/his knowledge with other teammates and product managers to enhance the team's overall performance.
