Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely technical activation of offline stores, including a hands-on approach to helping them configure hardware and software integrations.
- Coordinate the setup of required items with merchants and ensure all technical tools function correctly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Operations, and IT Support to ensure smooth activation and ongoing operations.
- Provide hands-on technical training to merchant staff on using hardware and software tools.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with merchants, addressing technical issues via on-site visits, phone, or online channels.
- Document all activation processes, technical requirements, and merchant feedback for continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure offline merchants can accept BNPL transactions without disruptions
Requirements:
- Familiarity with POS systems, QR code integrations, and offline payment setups.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address on-site technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with merchants and cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of network connectivity and hardware installation (e.g., terminals, scanners).
- Experience working in offline retail environments or with merchant hardware.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently for on-site merchant support.
- Familiarity with fintech systems, including BNPL platforms.
