Respomsibilities:
- Accurately carrying out the activation process of merchants.
- Onboarding the required items in the activation process and after that to the merchants.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Support, and Product Development.
- Keep close contact with merchants at every stage and respond to merchants’ queries via phone, email, chat, or meeting.
- Ensure that merchants can sell with SnappPay without any problem.
- Maintaining accurate records of activation process activities and preparing required Reports.
- Collecting feedback from merchants and stakeholders to continuously improve the activation process
Requirements:
- Familiar with some CMS such as WordPress, Webzi, Joomla, PrestaShop and etc.
- Proficiency in understanding and working with integration protocols, APIs, and
technical documentation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical
issues during the activation process. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with financial technology (fintech) and payment systems.
