Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to merchant systems, ensuring a resolution rate of 95% within the first contact.
- Collaborate with the IT and product teams to address escalated technical challenges, implementing solutions within a 48-hour SLA.
- Provide hands-on support during the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring seamless integration of systems and processes.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and process improvements in a shared knowledge base, ensuring 100% accuracy and accessibility for internal teams.
Requirements:
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Proficiency in identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
- Strong skills in analyzing transaction data, generating insights, and creating actionable reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in system integrations, network configurations, and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with Network+, API connections, and technical documentation.
