Responsibilities:
- Preparing regular reports, presentations, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Content creators, and others to align efforts and optimize lead generation processes.
- Lead and manage a team of lead generation specialists
- Automate processes and procedures for all vendors in Snappfood to communicate better and effectively.
- Manage all critical aspects of workflows, screen schemes, automation, reporting, permissions, notifications, custom fields, marketplace add-ons, and integrations
- Cooperate with members of the commercial team to implement solution designs and processes and perform advanced troubleshooting for reported issues.
- Effective communication with product team to take delivery of product headstock.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and online sales analytics
- A strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms.
