Sustainability and CSI Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities
•to Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to insure their cooperation in developing, planning, and implementing effective Sustainability and CSI projects 
•To coordinate sustainability and CSI projects to enhance MTN Irancell’s socio-environmental reputation, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
•To develop frameworks, models, and procedures to identify socio-environmental issues through innovative ICT solutions and services
•To provide support to management for the effective implementation of MTNIrancell Sustainability & CSI strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the Group's overall framework 
•Coordinate Sustainability & CSI programs & projects to deliver based on plan and budget
•Develop various Sustainability & CSI proposals to be presented at management level. 
•Prepare and update Sustainability & CSI dashboard and provide related reports.
•Actively oversee and analyse and benchmark Sustainability & CSI trend and related information in ICT industry and advice on required actions pro-actively to Management.
•Provide different reports according to international CSR / Sustainability reporting standards.
•Provide media feed from sustainability / CSI initiatives and project progress (internal & external)
•To organize  and coordinate CSR-related events such as exhibitions, committees, and press conferences, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure success
•Use different measurement methods (survey, interview, focus group,...) to evaluate the impact of CSR projects and initiatives on the local community and the social reputation of the organization and provide related reports
•to conduct in-depth analysis of MTNIrancell activities to ensure alignment with sustainability goals and recommend necessary adjustments to achieve targeted outcomes

Job Requirements

Education
•Bachelor Degree in related fields e.g. industrial management, communications, development studies, environment studies, business management
•MBA and PMP certifications considered as a privilege
•Fluent in English

Experience
•Minimum 3 years CSR / Sustainability / Corporate communications or related experience 
•Ability to work and deliver in a high-pressure, within dynamic stakeholder & corporate reputation environment
•Proven writing and sub-editing skills
•Ability to implement activity schedule across the value chain
