Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits to onboard and train merchants, ensuring smooth operational setups and compliance with platform guidelines.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to quality and operational standards at merchant locations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving operational challenges at merchant sites.
- Support marketing initiatives, including campaigns, in-store promotions, and other merchant-focused activities.
- Collect feedback from merchants to identify recurring issues and escalate them to relevant internal teams for resolution.
- Track, analyze, and report on merchant performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to streamline offline operations and maintain consistency.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address a variety of operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with merchants and internal stakeholders.
- High adaptability and willingness to travel frequently to merchant locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and field reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multitask effectively
