Back-End Developer (PHP)

• Develop and maintain PHP applications using frameworks like Phalcon or Laravel under the guidance of senior developers.
• Write and optimize MySQL queries for efficient data retrieval and management.
• Assist in implementing RabbitMQ for real-time and asynchronous processing tasks.
• Use Redis for caching and improving application performance.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to support deployment, monitoring, and basic performance tuning.
• Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to project standards.
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs to ensure application stability.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas for improving development processes.
• Work with senior developers to learn and apply best practices, including code reviews.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of PHP development experience, with experience in at least one framework (e.g., Phalcon, Laravel).    Basic understanding of message queuing systems like RabbitMQ.
• Good knowledge of MySQL, including writing queries and basic database optimization.
• Experience with Redis or similar caching systems.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Exposure to Agile development practices.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with medium-scale web applications.
• Exposure to microservices architecture or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Docker or other containerization tools.
