Overview:

 We’re seeking a Facility Lead to manage operations, optimize processes, and ensure efficient facility performance. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing assets, monitoring KPIs, and preparing reports. Key qualifications: expertise in operations and cost management, strong Excel and AutoCAD skills, and experience in team structuring and process design. 

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate with financial and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports related to facility operations and performance
• Manage all activities related to facility upkeep, maintenance, and optimization
• Oversee and manage assets to ensure efficient utilization and maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement processes for operational efficiency
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Structure and manage facility teams to meet operational demands and ensure adherence to policies

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Operations Management and Execution Management
• Proficiency in Asset Management and Cost Management
• Strong understanding of Performance Monitoring and Process Design
• Experience in Team Structure Management to enhance collaboration and efficiency
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for facility layout design and optimization
