Overview:
We’re seeking a Facility Lead to manage operations, optimize processes, and ensure efficient facility performance. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing assets, monitoring KPIs, and preparing reports. Key qualifications: expertise in operations and cost management, strong Excel and AutoCAD skills, and experience in team structuring and process design.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with financial and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports related to facility operations and performance
- Manage all activities related to facility upkeep, maintenance, and optimization
- Oversee and manage assets to ensure efficient utilization and maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement processes for operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Structure and manage facility teams to meet operational demands and ensure adherence to policies
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Operations Management and Execution Management
- Proficiency in Asset Management and Cost Management
- Strong understanding of Performance Monitoring and Process Design
- Experience in Team Structure Management to enhance collaboration and efficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for facility layout design and optimization
