Associate Product Manager (APM)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with minimal experience who are eager to start their career in product management. As an APM, you will assist the product team in developing, improving, and maintaining Lendo’s products, while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the product team in gathering and documenting user requirements and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure smooth product development.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support product decisions.
• Help prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring tasks are well-documented and organized.
• Test and validate product features, ensuring they meet quality standards before release.
• Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and customer insights.
• Support the team in managing product documentation and internal communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (graduation from top universities is a plus).
• Strong interest in product management and technology.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Previous experience in LendTech or FinTech is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with productivity tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar is a bonus.
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
