The LQC Specialist focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of product listings with platform content guidelines. This role includes reviewing and validating content, identifying recurring issues, and contributing to process improvements that enhance content quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Moderate product listings to ensure they meet platform standards and guidelines.
Respond to tickets related to content quality issues, providing timely resolutions.
Identify patterns of errors or inconsistencies in product listings and report findings to the relevant teams for improvement.
Conduct specialized audits for high-priority or sensitive product categories, providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations.
Perform duplicate checks and validate product details for accuracy and uniqueness.
Moderate video content to ensure compliance with platform quality and brand standards.
Assist in optimizing quality control workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Analyze and incorporate user feedback moderation to address recurring issues and improve content standards.
Collaborate with the LQA team to provide feedback on guidelines and ensure they are practical and actionable for content creators.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in product listings.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience in content quality control or related fields is a plus.
Proficiency in ICDL (Excel and G-Sheets is a must).
Upper Intermediate English Level.
