We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of organizational strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and long-term success. The Strategy Manager will analyze market trends, evaluate business performance, and collaborate with senior leadership to shape and implement initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives.

Role:

• Develop, implement, and monitor corporate strategies to achieve organizational goals.

• Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Analyze organizational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track progress against strategic objectives.
• Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership.
• Oversee strategic initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic plans.
• Work closely with executives to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
• Provide strategic input during key decision-making processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on business opportunities and challenges.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external partners, clients, and government entities to align strategies with broader industry goals.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the organization.
• Stay informed about best practices in strategy development and implementation.

Requirments:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategy, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in strategic frameworks, tools, and methodologies (e.g., SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, Balanced Scorecard).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
