As an e-commerce specialist, you will be responsible for managing the online presence of our company in the Snapp Super App. Your tasks include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing in-app content, and overseeing the design and development of e-commerce. You will also be responsible for analyzing data related to customer behavior and purchasing patterns to inform future decisions on how to best market products or services online.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all e-commerce components, including sections, photos, pricing, and content.
  • Review e-commerce analytics to determine which merchants or products are most popular and identify factors influencing customer behavior.
  • Develop merchandising plans based on customer insights, e-commerce goals, and campaign objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, such as seasonal sales or promotional events.
  • Analyze e-commerce traffic and user behavior data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to improve and develop e-commerce.
  • Initiate strategies to significantly increase sales, conversion rates, average order sizes, improve user experience, and enhance product discovery.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the daily updates of e-commerce and landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of different components or marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of marketing terms and definitions
  • Familiarity with e-commerce optimization and analytics
  • Strong understanding of data analysis
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and effective communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Ability to define and implement A/B tests and review their results
