Job Responsibilities
1. Scientific Oversight of the Nutrition Team
- Design and guide the development of nutrition and sports diet plans based on the latest scientific evidence.
- Ensure the accuracy and scientific validity of nutrition information in content created by the team.
2. Management of Planning Processes
- Create and oversee schedules and timelines for the team’s activities.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., support) to align on objectives.
3. Improvement of Program Structures and Quality
- Develop and refine the structure of nutrition-related courses, including topics like sports nutrition, recovery diets, and supplement guidance.
- Tailor plans to diverse user needs, including weight management, athletic performance, and specific health conditions.
4. Quality Assurance of Scientific Content
- Review and approve team-generated materials to ensure adherence to scientific standards.
- Ensure compliance with national and international regulations and guidelines related to nutrition and health.
5. Research and Knowledge Updates
- Monitor and study the latest academic articles, research papers, and global standards in nutrition science.
- Update nutrition programs based on emerging findings and trends.
6. Team Training and Empowerment
- Share expertise and experiences to enhance team members’ skills.
- Conduct internal training sessions and workshops on complex nutrition topics.
7. Performance Evaluation
- Set quality metrics and standards for nutrition programs.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and encourage growth.
8. Weekly Meetings and Reporting
- Hold weekly meetings with team members and supervisors to report on progress and discuss improvements.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of diet planning for athletes, sports supplements, and diverse health needs.
- Minimum of 3 years in sports nutrition consulting, education, or scientific content creation.
- Experience leading or managing teams of 3+ individuals.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to assign tasks and set priorities effectively.
- Proficient at simplifying complex nutrition concepts for both athletes and general users.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, senior management, and other departments.
- Research and learning-driven: staying updated with the latest global findings and standards.
- Familiarity with online content creation tools and office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- CRM experience (e.g., Zoho) is a plus.
