BTS Property Access Coordinator

Mission:
·       To coordinate negotiations with the Landlord in related regions to solve Access issues for all NWG activities

·       To track and follow Landlord issues and resolve all bottlenecks related to MTNIrancell in the related area in the shortest possible time.
 Roles & Responsibilities:
·       To prepare on-time correspondence for the site owner and reply through letters (the result of followed damage cases, lease cancellation, etc.) and archive them in related DBs

·       To make provision of payment slips/tax slips and contract copies to governmental sites to solve bottlenecks for different projects including fiber projects

·       To negotiate face-to-face with Landlords visiting MTNIrancell offices and collect any documents related to the sites, property, and support to solve the issues. 

·       To visit on-site for extra space problem reports along with QA (Quality Assurance)/ MS (Manage Services) 

·       To prepare Relocation forms informed by the Regional Property Coordinator and submit them to related departments.

·       To solve the access problem of the BTS sites in the region to let the project or MS team do their tasks on the site.

·       To ensure all required documents are received from Landlords, essential details of contracts are correct, and follow up contract issues and Landlord issues with other departments such as legal, QA, project team, and finance until they are solved completely.

·       To resolve Landlord complaints through exchanging information between regional teams to solve them A.S.A.P.  

·       To gather Landlord information changes to update the MTNIrancell contract management application 

·       To coordinate with MS and vendor to follow related regional cases such as damage, vandalism, etc. 

·       To coordinate with the landlord and deal with issues regarding fiber/swap / TDD /5G and related projects as per committee outcomes.

·       To ensure availability of access with the owner for projects such as Swap / Fiber /5G/TDD and related projects.

·       To ensure related legal issues (site access avoidance by the landlord, an accompanying legal representative visiting the problematic site, etc.) are solved and in line with legally stated rules.

·       To provide initial data for different projects’ on-site access status.

·       To communicate with the contract team to rectify any issues for the renewal process.

·       To negotiate with landlords who have high lease requests and prepare documents for HPC (High-Price Committee) 

·       To provide reports requested by Team Leaders and Management,

 Job Requirements:
 

Education:
·       BSc in Civil engineering or any other related field
 

Experience:
·       Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising others

·       Experience working in a medium to large organization
