We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Administrative Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and improving administrative processes, ensuring compliance with labor law and contractual obligations. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be critical as you record and review personnel information related to our organization's units.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and accurate A-Z payroll operation
• Monitor and manage the attendance system
• Handle tasks and correspondences related to complementary insurance
• Collaborate with the Finance team to settle Cost Centers reports
• Oversee processes related to the Social Security Organization (SSO)
• Develop and update internal policies and procedures
• Maintain personnel files in compliance with legal requirements
• Follow up on employment contracts
• Manage activities related to the end of employment
• Implement updates on payroll issues, policies, and procedures
• Prepare letters to third parties as per requests and procedures
