Responsibilities:
• To assess candidates for recruitment, transfer, promotion using different HR selection tools or another Competency-based Interview Model.
• To ensure each individual has the correct competencies and job requirements to meet Business requirements.
• To use different sourcing channels including but not limited to social and nonsocial resources, Job Fairs, and collaboration with top-ranking universities to gather & collect appropriate CVs and submit them to relevant managers.
• To update Talent Acquisition DBs, Interviews, Employee Family relations, Job Requisitions, to produce accurate reports, coordinates the conduct of reference checks.
• Assist managers in evaluating applicant qualifications and selection of the most qualified candidates.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System to shortlist the most qualified candidates accordingly.
• To provide staffing reports, including Monthly reports, Job offers rejection rate, Interview history, etc. to HRBP.
• To provide feedback to the candidates who have been rejected in the interview process and act as a coach for junior team members and assist them in their issues to onboard them correctly.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology, MBA or MA in Human Resources Management or other related fields.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in HR; with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment. field and Full-cycle Recruitment experience in a relevant industry.
• Highly Skilled in competency-based interview.
• Ability to provide reporting and analytics on staffing status, KPIs and understand and explain job requirements.
• Proficiency using MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
