Job Description

Client Support:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with product inquiries, order status, and delivery timelines.
  • Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Provide detailed product information to help clients make informed decisions.

Sales Support:

  • Assist account managers by preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Schedule follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Track leads and opportunities in the CRM system and share insights with the sales team.

Order Management:

  • Process and track client orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to resolve any delivery issues.
  • Monitor order progress and communicate updates to clients and account managers.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
  • Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and identify trends for the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing documents and agreements related to sales activities.


Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with account managers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies and goal setting.
