Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives in the digital business sector.
Identify market opportunities, analyze customer behavior, and monitor competitor activities to enhance the organization’s competitiveness.
Plan and manage the annual marketing budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure goal achievement.
Launch and oversee creative advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Collaborate in the design, introduction, and promotion of new products and services to target customers and markets.
Lead, manage, and evaluate the marketing team’s performance to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
Strengthen relationships with key customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions to improve the customer experience.
Design and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
Develop and enhance the brand image in the market while ensuring adherence to brand identity standards.
Utilize analytical tools to monitor campaign performance and deliver accurate, actionable reports to the CMO.
Work closely with product, technology, sales, and customer service teams to achieve shared objectives.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
At least 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the fintech or telecom industries.
Proven experience in designing and implementing both digital and offline marketing strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO, SEM) and advertising platforms.
Strong ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable reports.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the fintech and telecom sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
Experience in managing large, multifaceted projects.
Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment, handling shifting priorities effectively.
Creativity and innovation in designing and executing marketing campaigns.
