The Role: As a Graphic Designer, you will create engaging visual crafts that align with Superapp's brand across various ventures. This role requires creativity, expertise in design tools, and a passion for delivering impactful visuals that resonate with users.
What You’ll Do:
- Banner Design and Guidelines: Create engaging banners for services and campaigns while ensuring alignment with defined guidelines. Contribute to refining and maintaining banner design standards.
- Visual Design: Craft high-quality icons, illustrations, and other visuals for the Super app. Apply iterative design principles, rapidly sketching and refining concepts. Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
- AI Proficiency: Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance creativity and produce high-quality visuals.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment to deliver on-brand visuals. Showcase strong communication and task management skills while being open to constructive feedback.
The Must-Haves:
- Impressive Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in graphic design, including banner creation, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Design Tools: Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating high-quality visuals.
- Design Guidelines Expertise: Proven ability to create, implement, and manage design guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all visual assets.
- AI Tool Familiarity: Familiarity with AI-driven design tools like Midjourney, Leonardo AI, or DALL-E, leveraging them to enhance creative workflows and generate innovative visuals.
- Iterative Design Knowledge: Ability to translate ideas into quick sketches on paper when needed and progressively refine them through structured steps to achieve polished, final designs.
Nice to Have:
Motion Design Skills: Experience with motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects.
UI/UX Familiarity: Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and tools like Figma. Familiarity with web design principles, and responsive design.
Knowledge of 3D Design: Basic 3D modeling or rendering skills using tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya.
