Marketing and Communication Team Leader

Job Description: 

• Development and updating of the brand identity document
• Development and updating of the brand marketing plan document
• Development and updating of brand marketing strategies aligned with the overall business strategies
• Planning and managing all activities related to brand events, both commercial and non-commercial (exhibitions, conferences, seminars, business meetings, etc.)
• Proposing innovative ideas for brand marketing activities
• Leading the production of all offline marketing materials (catalogs, badges, flags, promotional gifts, etc.)
• Leading and executing all offline marketing activities
• Leading and overseeing all online marketing activities
• Aligning the brand's positioning and reputation with the target market
• Developing, planning, and collaborating on the execution of all offline and online marketing campaigns
• Preparing reports on brand marketing activities
• Receiving all necessary reports and dashboards related to the brand from market research and performance marketing efforts

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing. 
• Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
