Commercial Project Manager

we are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management, budgeting, and client relations, with a focus on ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. 

Responsibilities:

· Analyze project performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

·Ensure resource availability and allocation.

·Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

·Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

·Report and escalate to management as needed.

· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

·Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

·Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

·Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

 Requirements:

·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·Proficiency in presentation, data visualization, and writing skills
