We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Specialist with strong communication abilities and expertise in managing recruitment processes and improving workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Oversee daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administration, and handling employee inquiries related to HR processes.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies, keeping up to date with any regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
