Senior Operational Risk Specialist

Responsibilities:
•    Identify and assess risks associated with key projects and allocated budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
•    Analyze and manage operational risks related to daily activities and strategic decision-making.
•    Propose practical and strategic solutions to mitigate financial, operational, and project-related risks.
•    Collaborate with various teams to address risks associated with specific costs and ensure optimal resource allocation.
•    Participate in the design and implementation of risk management programs for new projects and continuously monitor their effectiveness.
•    Prepare and present comprehensive reports on risk assessments and process improvement plans to senior management.
•    Proactively monitor and stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to operational risk management.
•    Provide structured follow-ups to ensure solutions are implemented and sustained.

Requirements:
•    Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance (Auditing, Accounting, or Financial Management), Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
•    At least 3 years of experience in operational risk management or internal audit.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
•    Familiarity with risk management software and analytical tools.
•    Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and insights in a clear and concise manner
•    Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks systematically in a fast-paced environment.
•    Familiarity with ISO 31001 is a plus
•    Professional certifications in risk management or process improvement (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, CIA, CRMA) are a strong plus.
