Responsibilities
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Prepare reports on account status.
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Channel management to deliver key account sales targets.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Responded to client requests and processed all payments to the company.
Develop and maintain effective communication with customers to build a sustainable customer pool.
Identify and resolve client concerns to provide a better customer experience.
Handle escalated customer issues and build strong customer relationships.
Negotiate business owners.
Conduct effective negotiations and principled agreements in the framework of professional interactions with organizational customers.
Follow the sales process until the contract is concluded.
Identify and connect with potential business customers.
Build a constant relationship with current/ potential customers.
Establish B2B interactions in business partnerships.
Introduce the company, product, and solutions in organizational meetings.
Provide suggestions to increase market share and branding.
Follow B2B negotiations and acquire new business customers.
Observe and report customers’ behavior and reports.
Enter client data and orders into systems.
Inform businesses of promotions and opportunities to keep current customers and acquire new customers.
Be well-networked within the industry.
Document and keep the database in CRM
Requirements
Proven work experience as a key account manager, sales account manager or a relevant role.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
Good team player.
Willing to take initiative and responsibility.
Working with CRMs (knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamic is an asset).
Professional in oral and written communications.
Working knowledge of English is a must.
Ability to work under pressure.
