Responsibilities
Acquire new business customers.
Initiate outbound and receive inbound phone activity, email, etc. to design solutions that enhance customers' business operations, generating profitable sales, and increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct annual planning for the customers.
Adapt forecasts for customers.
Responsible for pricing, negotiation, and finalization of sales orders.
Enter client data and orders into systems.
Prepare quotations quickly in collaboration with pricing and based on agreed minimum order quantities, standardized prices, extra packaging charges, payment and delivery conditions, etc.
Responsible for providing customer solutions to meet customer needs.
Follow up on all aspects of customer requests for products, capabilities, services, etc.
Be well-networked within the industry[u1] .
Document and keep the database in CRM
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the paper and packaging field in the B2B section is a must.
Customer-focused with problem-solving and strong negotiation skills.
At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Strong communication skills.
Willing to take initiative and responsibility.
Working with CRMs (knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamic is an asset).
Professional in oral and written communications.
Working knowledge of English is a must.
Ability to work under pressure.
