Responsibilities:
Manage the finance department and take a leading role in training and coaching the finance team.
Maintain and improve systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements or other management reports.
Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow and liquidity.
Produce daily and monthly cash flows comparing budgeted costs to actual costs as well as predict future revenues and financial commitments to plan ahead and prepare accordingly.
Develop, maintain, and analyze cost accounting and other financial reports that will lead to recommendations which will in turn help modify and improve business operations, revenues, and expenses.
Responsible for all aspects of company tax compliance and managing local government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Liaise with internal and external auditors and complete statutory accounts.
Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and working effectively.
Evaluate accounting systems, procedures, and practices and make appropriate recommendations for modifications and improvements.
Responsible for the timely payment of salaries, travel expenses and allowances to the employees in addition to taxes, insurance, and other government obligations and reporting on the same.
Prepare fiscal financial statements including balance sheet and income statement
Manage month-end and year-end close process.
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
Deal with banks concerning LC matters, and other banking operations in financing matters.
Provide strategic financial input to management, including financial analysis and projections.
Report to the CEO.
Requirements:
At least a Master's degree in Financial Management, or other related fields.
10 years of experience in senior positions; At least 3 years of experience as a financial manager in well-known industrial companies. (Work experience at paper and packaging industries could be advantage)
Administration and management skills.
Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
Adequate knowledge of financial software and Microsoft tools is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
Advanced in Iran's financial and accounting-related laws.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Organizational, systematic, and structured mindset. Result-oriented and great stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
