Job Description

Responsibilities:
Recording and documenting daily financial transactions in accounting systems.
Recording treasury documents and preparing bank reconciliation reports.
Tracking receivables and payables accounts.
Recording and documenting internal and external purchasing transactions.
Recording and documenting sales and inventory transactions.
Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies with suppliers and customers.
Calculating payroll and handling payroll tax and social security insurance matters.
Inventory counting and asset reconciliation, preparing inventory reports, and documenting all items.
Auditing contractor documents and statements, and recording and controlling related calculations.
Recording and calculating the cost of goods sold.
Preparing VAT, quarterly sales and purchase reports, and managing document submissions.
Preparing periodic financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Preparing and presenting managerial financial reports.
Cooperating with internal and external auditors.
Visiting relevant external organizations and agencies, following up on matters until results are achieved.
Ensuring compliance with financial and auditing laws and regulations.
Recording and maintaining financial events and records accurately and archiving relevant documents.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the printing, paper manufacturing, or packaging industries.
Proficiency in accounting principles for manufacturing and trading companies.
Adequate and up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, social security regulations, and auditing standards.
Proficiency in using tax systems, quarterly reports, and VAT returns.
Proficiency in payroll tax and social security systems.
Proficiency in all modules of accounting software.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Problem-solving skills, effective communication, and team spirit.

Advantages:
