Shift Leader - آقا

Job Description:

The Shift Leader is responsible for managing the crew who are working on the lines, he should lead the team in order to meet the targets such as production attainments (OEE & MTBF), Quality, and safety on each shift. He has to spend 90 % of his time on the shop floor, has strong contact with the crew, and ensures the workflow's continuation towards the needs. He also makes sure that all production standards (Intergated Working System) are followed while fostering and maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements:
-          Bachelor's or Master's degree preffered in Industerial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechnaical Enginering. 
-          At least 2 years of supervisory experience in production
-          Flexible to work in rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment
-          Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation and goal-setting.
-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-          Great knowledge of problem-solving.
-          Conflict resolution skills.
-          Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts
-          Energetic and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
-          Familiar with main production KPIs
-          Familiar with continues improvement concept and tools
-          Familiar with Lean manufacturing or TPM or IWS
-          Basic (Intermediate) English skills
