We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Project Management Specialist to manage and execute various digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating multiple campaigns, a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, and strong skills in managing day-to-day project tasks. While the role involves reading and interpreting data from dashboards, the focus is on project execution, coordination, and ensuring campaigns meet deadlines and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage digital marketing projects, ensuring they progress efficiently from start to Ending.
- Coordinate closely with various internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track progress of marketing campaigns, identifying any delays or issues, and proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track.
- Pull and review data from dashboards (e.g., Metabase, PowerBI) to support reporting and campaign tracking, but no deep data science skills is required.
- Effectively use Microsoft Excel for managing campaign data, creating basic reports, and tracking key performance metrics.
- Ensure alignment between online and offline marketing strategies, working with relevant stakeholders to coordinate efforts.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders regarding the status of ongoing campaigns and projects.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to the expected quality.
- Identify areas for improvement in campaign execution and recommend adjustments to optimize performance.
- Task management: Ensure all tasks related to digital marketing projects are tracked, delegated, and completed effectively.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing project coordination or a related role.
- Experience working in an advertising or marketing agency is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels (SMS, PPC, social media, etc.), programmatic advertisement and general marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Excel for organizing data and producing reports.
- Basic experience in working with marketing dashboards (e.g., Metabase, PowerBI) to pull and interpret data.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience in handling both online and offline marketing projects is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage the logistical aspects of campaign execution.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello).
- Basic understanding of CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Intrack). is a plus.
- Ability to manage smaller teams and delegate tasks effectively.
