Key Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent command of English writing, style, and composition at a near-native level. Applications with an English language certificate (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, PTE) will be prioritized.
• Ability to distinguish between denotation and connotation in English to write with near-native fluency and coherence.
• Skilled in using AI as a tool to refine and enhance your writing, not to generate it. AI-generated text will result in immediate termination from the application process.
• Knowledge of SEO to craft optimized, high-ranking content.
• Thorough understanding of user intent and user persona, along with the ability to apply them to the content.
• Ability to develop and implement content strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative work style.
• Eagerness to learn and stay current on SEO and content trends.

Our Hiring Process

1. Your application will be assessed, and the HR department will contact you. This process may take approximately 1 to 2 weeks.
2. If your application is accepted, you will be required to take a test, which will be sent out to you.
3. After you pass this test, you will be invited to a meeting at our office in Niavaran or, if you reside outside of Tehran, to an online meeting. This step is part of the onboarding process.
4. You will be assigned a few articles for a trial run, the number of which may differ for each person. This is an opportunity for both you and us to evaluate whether we are compatible regarding our submission, quality control, and revision processes. Please note that even if our collaboration stops at this step, any article you finalize during the process will be fully compensated based on the agreed-upon rate per word.
