Responsibilities:

• Act as on-call team member for incident management
• Perform post-incident analysis and create reports for other team members
• Maintain the monitoring system and make changes as needed
• Create and update documentation

Qualifications:

• Strong familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Prometheus

• Familiarity with log management software such as Graylog or VictoriaLogs
•  Familiarity with different network protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot applications by analyzing PCAP files with Wireshark
• Adequate knowledge of Linux-based operating systems (i.e you’re comfortable using the

shell)

Nice to have:

• Ability to write scripts using Bash or Python
• Familiarity with the LTE and 5G networks
