Senior DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using open-source tools and scripts.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
• Implement and manage containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure the security and compliance of the infrastructure by implementing best practices and conducting regular audits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in a timely manner.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and
• improvement.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or software development.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Strong experience with local infrastructure solutions and open-source tools.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and local alternatives.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and system architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.
• Familiarity with local cloud solutions and virtualization technologies.
