Remote Sales & Social Media Support (Australia)

We’re looking for a remote sales and social media support specialist to assist with the Australian market. Your role will include:

• Sales emails
• Social media management
• Customer inquiries (online chats & messages)
• Updating quotes and CRM
• Act as the connection between customers, the local sales team, and the design team

Must-have:

• Strong English writing skills
• Ability to manage customer interactions professionally
• Experience in social media management

Preferred:

• Experience in construction, cabinet design, or interior design
• Familiarity with CRM systems and quoting processes
• Australian market focus – Customers and manufacturing are based in Australia.
