Network ERP Engineer (Vendor)

Roles & Responsibilities:
To coordinate and administrate the daily operations of network-related ERP systems, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance.
To monitor ERP modules relevant to network planning, operations, and resource/ user management.
To design solutions and follow up integrations between ERP systems and network management tools (e.g., OSS/BSS).
To follow to customize ERP workflows to align with the unique requirements of the network team.
To troubleshoot ERP-related issues, follow up with ERP support, and ensure minimal impact on network operations.
To provide technical support to internal teams for ERP-related queries and challenges.
To maintain the integrity and accuracy of ERP data related to network resources and operations.
To generate reports and dashboards for tracking KPIs, resource utilization, and operational performance.
To analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improving efficiency and scalability.
To liaise with cross-functional teams, including network planning, operations, and ITS, to align ERP functionality with business needs.
To coordinate and attend meetings with ERP vendors, ITS, CPG, Procurement, and finance for support and updates as the network representative delegation for ERP.
To train network group users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
To document workflows and troubleshooting guidelines for Network-related ERP modules
To ensure ERP changes do not contrast with other network teams’ operations; while ensuring maximum possible automation and digitalization of network processes in ERP.
To support and register network requests to update network ERP databases.

Job Requirements:
B.Sc. in Technology Systems (Telecommunication Management / Information Technology) or related
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the area of specialization
Experience working in a medium organization
Expert in systems and processes
