Senior Front-end Developer (PWA)

We are hiring a Frontend Developer who plays a critical role in designing and implementing high-quality, performant user interfaces. This position requires strong technical expertise to deliver clean, standardized code while meeting project timelines and solving complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and optimizing frontend features to ensure performance and maintainability.
• Creating technical solutions for intricate business requirements.
• Writing and maintaining clean, reusable, and efficient code.
• Ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues that impact functionality.
• Documenting technical processes, specifications, and solutions for team use.
• Leveraging Progressive Web App (PWA) principles to improve user experience and application efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Frontend Chapter members for knowledge sharing and best practices
• Work with Product Managers and related TechLead to understand requirements
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers for implementation details
• Interact with Backend developers for API integration
• Participate in technical discussions with his squad or chapter

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript in Agile/Scrum team environments
• Proven track record in developing web applications across various business domains and logic.
• Advanced understanding of JavaScript concepts, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong and deep knowledge of React.js and modern frontend tools and build systems.
• Expertise in debugging and performance profiling tools.
• Proficient in cross-browser compatibility techniques.
• Solid understanding of the web stack, including HTTP, caching, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn quickly.
• Strong team communication and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to identify the root causes of issues and provide effective solutions.
