Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Product to define and execute the product vision and strategy.
• Set clear goals, priorities, and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
• Drive the roadmap and execution of product features with a focus on technical feasibility and impact.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and other teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Analyze market trends, user feedback, and business objectives to make data-driven product decisions.
• Write clear and concise INVEST user stories (including acceptance criteria, DOD, and DOR) for development teams.
• Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track progress and maintain transparency.
• Advocate for end-users, ensuring our solutions align with customer needs and financial empowerment.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback, data analytics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmap, and KPIs.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technical products.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

• Background in software development, coding experience, or a strong technical foundation.
• Experience working with financial products or fintech solutions.
